I got 21 of them right off the bat. The others...well, let's not talk about the others.
I have gotten 20 of them...and I too have a headache...

This is a Mensa Puzzle?? I got 21 in 15 minutes. I kept thinking, once you get one word - such as D for Day- it could be applied to the other D's. Anyhow, it did not give me a headache-because I figured this puzzle must come from some other country I know not much about.
And don't forget 88 K on a P.
Well, it turns out this puzzle came from South Africa, which explains why so many people were having a hard time with parts of it.
Here are answers to some of the more difficult ones. If you need help with any others, leave a comment and I'll provide the answers.
